Use of Allstar Services Equipment:
A. Equipment placed in inaccessible, or dangerous areas will not be serviced. This includes unsafe roads, driveways, and unsafe jobsites. Customers who use locks to close their gates, or portable toilets must use combination locks and provide Allstar Sanitation Services with the combination. Allstar does not accept keys for customer locks, and is not responsible for servicing the portable toilet that is locked with a key lock.

B. The customer is responsible for keeping the equipment free from harm. This includes graffiti, vandalism, accidents, and other damages not considered wear and tear.

C. If harm occurs to the equipment, the customer is responsible for all repairs and labor, if the equipment is deemed a total loss, the customer will pay for the replacement value of the equipment.

D. It is the customers responsibility to make ready the equipment for Allstar to pickup, Allstar is not responsible for removing, excavating, or demolishing structures in order to remove our equipment from the jobsite.

E. Allstar Service days sometimes vary by 1 day, or change all together we do not guarantee that the date will be a constant.

F. Customers with large past due balances may have service discontinued until payment is received.
